Sample Dynamic Learning session for Tiny Tots

STEP THREE

MOVEMENT DICE #2

Teach or remind the students to perform the the following movements that are there as pictures in the dice.

Every time show the image on the MOVEMENT DICE #2  & then perform the action.

CROSS CRAWL

 

LAT RAISE

LUNGE

 

SHOULDER LIFTS

 

SQUAT JUMPS

 

TOE TOUCHES

Once the movements have been taught / recalled, divide the students into Groups of Six or seven. Give each group a Hula Hoop around which they have to stand and a PINK Dice. (See image below)

Make students perform the Movement Dice routine using the audio track provided below
