Brain Gym
Our body is Cross wired. That is:
the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body;
the right side of your brain controls the left side of your body!
By performing certain exercises that involve opposite instructions to each side, we learn to trigger both sides of our brain simultaneously. During contralateral movements the two sides of the brain are forced to communicate, and this strengthens the nerve-cell pathways linking both sides.
Brain Gym is a series of simple exercises that help coax the two hemispheres of your brain to work in synchronisation to make your brain function better making you sharper, smarter and far more confident.
Finger Rolls
* Join the tips of the corresponding fingers of both hands.
* Alternately roll each set of fingers from both hands in both directions
* Use the audio below to maintain a rhythm:
