Circuit Training
Prepare the layout as detailed below & remember to place the instruction cards at each station. Encourage the students to read the muscles involved in each exercise as detailed in the instruction cards.

Demonstrate these exercises for the first time you present this circuit:
Zone A: Aerobic Capacity – Jump Over Stepper
Zone B: Back & Oblique Conditioning – Oblique Leg Raise
Zone C: Core Strength – Reverse Crunch
Zone D: Upper Body strength – Dynamic Plank
Zone E: Lower Body strength – Fire Hydrant
Zone F: Full Body – Squat Jumps
Zone G: Dynamic Balance – Swiss Ball Supine Marching

to demonstrate the exercises.
