Primal Pattern: Push & Pull

PREPARE THE LAYOUT AS DETAILED BELOW:

14 Students per column

No of columns needed:

1 to 14 students – 1 column

15 to 28 students – 2 columns

29 to 42 students – 3 columns

DO NOT INCREASE NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER COLUMN AS THE MUSIC HAS BEEN TIMED FOR ONLY 7 PAIRS OF STUDENTS IN EACH COLUMN.

Pair up the students.

Demonstrate the following as the instructions play out Partner Push & Pull instructions

Station One : Burpees

(Push)

  Station Two: Sitting row with partner    

(Pull)

  Station Three : Head to Stepper Push up    

(Push)

  Station Four: Tug of war with rope    

(Pull)

  Station Five : Punching Bag Boxing    

(Push)

  Station Six: Wheelbarrow    

(Push & Pull)

  AFTER THE DEMONSTRATION: Make the students perform the Push & Pull routine to the audio provided below:

** Important Instructions **

Students who are waiting in line to perform any Brain Gym activity like One hop spins, Arm circle hops, Cross Crawl, Toe tap hand clap or Toe tap ear nose. 

Pick three of your choice and then ask them to alternate the three as they wait their turn.
