CIRCUIT TRAINING

Aerobic weight training is conducted by setting up a number of stations with a variety of exercises that work on the entire body. Designed for classes 9 to 12, these sessions include a warm up; a circuit with specific exercises for upper body and lower body strengthening, aerobic capacity enhancement, dynamic balance, core conditioning and Back strengthening; and a cool down using Yoga asanas and Pranayama. The lessons presented with timed music, inculcates serious exercising and addresses not only the fitness components of aerobic and anaerobic training but also the functional aspects of reaction time,  coordination, agility, flexibility, speed, balance and so much more. Classes 9 to 12 will have ONE session of CIRCUIT TRAINING per week.
