Every student must 

* respond to the session activities willingly and enthusiastically 

* be motivated, foster self-confidence and build competency in the skills being taught 

* learn and understand the value of the movements by respecting self and others in the spatial setting.

Every student must 

* demonstrate with competency the movements of seated row, controlling a hula hoop, lying cycle, balancing on a scooter, airplane deadlift on both sides and work with peers for the train.  

* imitate and execute the yoga asanas of Tadasana, Utkatasana and Uttanasana, even as they combine their breathing to movement.

Every student must 

* detect the non-verbal cues demonstrated by the teacher.  

* display creativity by performing any movement of their choice on the spot as they wait for their turn in the layout

* begin to internalise the value of Pranayama experientially.

Every student must 

* identify the varied muscle movements  

* be able to understand and comprehend the movement patterns associated with each mode of transport.

* recognise the various movement patterns by name and form and distinguish between the various types of asanas presented during Yoga.

* Which was more difficult – balancing on the scooter or balancing on one leg to depict an airplane?
* What do you think is the basic difference between the two types of balancing?
(Hint: While riding the scooter the base is shifting prompting dynamic balance. For airplane deadlift, the base namely the floor is stationery, it is called static balance)
